2001 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea can help keep many chronic diseases at bay. They conducted a trial study using real people. There were mice or fish studied with green tea. China is where they studied the effects of green tea on people.

2003 International Journal of Cancer
Angiogenesis and some forms of cancer can actually be kept at bay by drinking green tea. These cancers can’t develop without angiogenesis happening in your blood cells. Which means that the healthy habit of green tea will actually help stop cancer in its tracks.

2006 Journal of American Medical Association
There has also been a decrease in carcinogenic deaths due to green tea. This was a study that showed that people who drank green tea usually tended to have lower death rates from cancer. In conclusion, green tea has appeared to help people avoid or completely recover from cancer much more effectively.

2009 American Journal of Epidemiology
Green tea can help prevent blood and lymph cancers. The probability of you developing any of these cancers will be cut in half if you drink at least 5 cups of green tea a day.

As you can see, green tea is a habit worth keeping. Start drinking green tea and making it a habit if you don’t already. Natural Remedies For A Sinus Infection – Discover What Organic Treatments Will Fight A Sinus Problem

Steam burns much worse than boiling water, and the cloth can result in terrible steam burns. Leave it to cool just enough to rest the steaming cloth on your face to avoid getting yourself burned. Afterwards, lie down and take a breath through your nose with the damp steaming cloth covering your nostrils. Make certain that the steam is able to go up through your nose. After few minutes has lapsed, this should release a lot of pressure and mucus.

Herbal Treatment 1: Eucalyptus is renowned for its calming effects. It can also be an antiseptic and may help lessen the soreness caused by inflammation. Two of the best ways to take it are in a eucalyptus lozenge for the throat, or drink it as eucalyptus tea.
